How do I update my saved payment method for membership autorenewal?
To update your saved payment method for auto-renewal:
- Log in to your SGIM portal homepage.
- Click "My Account," then select the "My Account" tab.
- Click "Saved Payment Options" and choose "Add a new credit or debit card." Enter your details and click "+Save."
Next, you need to assign this new payment method to your membership auto-renewal:
- Navigate to the "Membership" section and click "SGIM" (displayed in blue).
- Under "Billing Information," check the box to enroll in auto-renewals.
- Select your desired saved credit card and click "Save."
